The last couple of years I have gone all out to make a green meal or did corn beef. This year I just had a hard time getting into it. March is always Dr. Suess month so Porter wanted green eggs and ham. This is our version of green eggs. I really tried eating them and I know the color shouldn't bother me but it did. I just couldn't finish my plate.

really? to funny that you couldn't eat them. should have served them up with tomatoe ---then you would have had Christmas colors. LOL
